  1. I've never, ever thought of comparing OTW to GMW before, but now I'll never, ever be able to think of it any other way.

I don't know if I hope that publicist got a raise or got fired.

  2. I met Eva Marie Saint in 1995. My daughter did a made-for-TV movie with her during that summer. I spent six weeks sorta getting to know her. She was the sweetest thing ever.

My daughter's part in the movie was tiny but we spent six weeks in Nebraska shooting it anyway.

  4. You know, Hollywood legend says that on a cold winter night, when the stars are in the right places and when all is right with the world, you can actually hear Karl Malden singing "The Day After Forever" to Marlon Brando.

I wouldn't lie to you, Miss Tracey.

  6. Well nova, it's all a matter of counterbalance. I am glad you had a well-rounded reaction to this blog posting.

For the record, I hear that you can get bootleg vinyls in Amsterdam of Lee J. Cobb singing "Habanera." Just throwing it out there...
