Last week, I shared my new favourite outerwear for Spring, my new Joan Rivers Cape. As with most things, one great outerwear solution means I'm eyeing even more...despite the fact that Spring in Toronto basically means wearing your seasonal outerwear for about two days before it's swelteringly hot.
